Terms of Use
These Terms of Use apply to Material Guardian, including the mobile app, account-backed subscription access, and related support pages operated for the service.

Using the app
Material Guardian is a receiving inspection and reporting tool. You may use it only in a lawful manner and only for work product, files, photos, scans, and documents you are authorized to create, store, or share.
Accounts and subscriptions
Some features use a backend account tied to your email address, along with organization membership, seat assignment, and store-backed subscription state.
If you buy a subscription through an app store, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling are governed by the store that processed the purchase. Deleting a Material Guardian account does not automatically cancel store billing.
Business workspaces
Business subscriptions can include workspace ownership, admin controls, invites, and assigned report seats. If you buy access for a company workspace, keep ownership and member access current before attempting account deletion or seat changes.
Local data and exports
In the current release, jobs, reports, photos, scans, signatures, and exported packet files remain on your device unless you intentionally export or share them. You are responsible for local backups, device handling, and any destination you choose when exporting or sharing files.
Availability and changes
The service may change, improve, suspend, or remove features as the product evolves. Subscription features may depend on store availability, backend availability, and compatible app versions.
Apple EULA note
For the iOS version, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement may also apply where required by Apple or where not inconsistent with these terms.
