These Terms of Use apply to the free, local-first Material Guardian mobile app and its related support pages.

Using the app
Material Guardian is a receiving inspection and reporting tool. You may use it only in a lawful manner and only for work product, files, photos, scans, and documents you are authorized to create, store, or share.
Free local release
The current app does not require a Material Guardian account or subscription. It has no organization membership, seat assignment, or purchase-restore requirement.
Local data and exports
In the current release, jobs, reports, photos, scans, signatures, and exported packet files remain on your device unless you intentionally export or share them. You are responsible for local backups, device handling, and any destination you choose when exporting or sharing files.
Availability and changes
The app may change, improve, suspend, or remove features as the product evolves. Local files and exports remain your responsibility.
Apple EULA note
For the iOS version, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement may also apply where required by Apple or where not inconsistent with these terms.
