Delete Your Material Guardian Account

This page explains the public account-deletion path for Material Guardian and the limits that can apply before deletion is completed.

How to delete your account

Open Material Guardian and sign in with the email tied to the account you want to remove.
Open Account.
Use the in-app Delete Account action if it is available in your release channel.

If the delete-account action is not available in your release channel, send a deletion request to granitemfgllc@gmail.com from the email address tied to your Material Guardian account and use the subject line Material Guardian account deletion.

Important limits

Deleting the backend account does not automatically cancel an active app store subscription. Cancel store billing separately in the store that sold the subscription.
If you own a paid business workspace, you may need to transfer ownership, remove accepted teammates, or cancel the active workspace subscription before deletion is allowed.
Local jobs, reports, photos, scans, signatures, and exported files stored only on your device are under your control on that device. Uninstalling the app or clearing app data can remove local app data.
Some backend records may be retained for a limited period where needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, billing, or workspace ownership resolution.

Manage store subscriptions through the account settings for the store that processed the subscription.
